Details of Position

MetaNova Language Services is seeking dynamic and experienced teachers to join our online teaching team starting in February 2026. Ideal candidates will possess a fun and energetic personality, a BA degree, a CELTA or equivalent qualification, and at least five years of teaching experience.

We offer flexible teaching hours, allowing you to choose your schedule, with opportunities to teach adults in both short and long-term courses. Availibility in the evenings and/or at weekends would be an advantage. Experience in General English, Business English, and IELTS and Cambridge exam preparation is highly valued.

Our classes are delivered online, so you'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection, a camera and a headset. It's important to teach from a location that provides a professional environment, ensuring an appropriate background and consistent internet connectivity. Additionally, proficiency with online teaching tools and video conferencing software like Zoom is essential.

Essential Requirements:

- Native speaker or demonstrable level of English equivalent to C2 / IELTS Band 9

-Qualified or able to teach pronunciation / accent reduction

Job Summary

Our students are adult learners from around the world, mainly at B1 to C2 level, who want to improve fluency, confidence, accuracy, pronunciation, and real world English. Lessons are delivered online and are tailored to each students objectives.

You'll be teaching:

One to one online lessons with adult learners
General English, speaking and fluency
Grammar and vocabulary development
Pronunciation and natural spoken English
Exam preparation where appropriate (IELTS and Cambridge exams)
