Job goals:
Provide leadership for the elementary school instruction program including educational staff and manage effectively all related schooling activities

Supervision:
All professional staff of the school - 13 certified staff - 15 classified staff and approx 7 otherl staff
Supervision of roughly 320 scholars and in second phase approx. double capacity

Performance Responsibilities:

• Arkon primary school is completely a new elementary school, (new building) with a launch date of 1. September 2020.
• Hire/ set up the academic staff of local and native teachers and to coordinate/ provide training for the teachers
• Coordinate curriculum for 1-4 grade (aligned with national framework) and to establish a dedicated department for Curriculum Development
• Create an effective learning climate In the new school and motivates staff
• Establishes programs, classes and schedules to meet students and schooling needs
• Maintains complete school records regarding enrollment, grading attendance, health etc. Defines/Maintain up to date school web pages and introduces//utilizes social media inform effectively about schooling activities/achievements
• Utilizes test results in analyzing program effectiveness and identifies areas for improvements
• Effectively supervises instructional performance of professional staff through observation and training and provides opportunities for enhancing instructional expertise.
• Provides assistance to the professional staff in developing effective classroom management and educational expertise.
• Establishes together with CEO school budget and ensures effective management
