We are looking to recruit freelance Business English teachers to teach our students and help us build the pedagogy of Cercle des Langues.

Qualifications

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a dynamic teacher who is passionate about pedagogy.

Pedagogy:

Level A2 or above in French
Experience in teaching online, in particular adults and French speakers
Experience in or interest in Business English
Ease with new technologies or desire to learn
TEFL or equivalent qualification is necessary

Personal qualities:

Curiosity and thirst for learning and teaching every day
Autonomy and willingness to constantly improve teaching methods
Thoughtful, applied, structured
Willingness to participate in a young and innovative project
Dynamism, strength of proposal, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

The recruitment process will be structured as follows:

We send you a video presenting le Cercle des Langues and you send us a video of yourself in response to it, presenting yourself and explaining your motivation
First interview with the Pedagogy team to understand in further detail your teaching experience and assess your grammar skills
Second interview to test your pedagogical skills during a mock lesson
Final interview with our Pedagogy Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic English teachers who are passionate about teaching and pedagogy.

Your mission is to make the student happy and eager to learn new things every time you meet :) That means:

- Giving 1-to-1 and group lessons online
- Designing a tailored lesson plan together with the student
- After each lesson, writing a report for the students' (carnet de suivi) to round-up their positive points, things to work on, grammar points, vocabulary and pronunciation.
