Details of Position
Teaching work available to teach in a medium sized language school in the centre of Arezzo. Arezzo is a beautiful medieval town in the heart of Tuscany in Italy. It is about 80 km south of Florence.
Accademia Britannica International House Arezzo is located in the centre of town. Accademia Britannica IH Arezzo is a well known and well respected school which was founded in 1979. It runs both English Language and Italian Language courses.
The school is an authorised Cambridge English Exam Centre . It is a member of AISLi, an association of quality language schools in Italy. The school is also an accredited Agenzia Formativa (Training Agency) with the Regione Toscana. The school has ISO 9001:2015 certification as well.

Applicants must be EU citizens or have a current work permit which allows them to work in Italy.
Degree Required
Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge CELTA, Cambridge CELTA online, Trinity CertTESOL, BA TEFL, BA TESOL
Qualifications
English language teaching experience and qualifications
ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
-CELTA/TESOL or equivalent (i.e.120 hour course with minimum of 6 hours observed and
assessed teaching practice) + at least 1 year's teaching experience
-English language competencies (all skills) at C2 level
-Some experience of teaching English to children and/or teens
DESIRABLE
-A or B grade at CELTA/TESOL or equivalent + at least 1 years teaching experience.
-DELTA or equivalent
-Experience of teaching on exam courses, i.e. Cambridge exams
-Cambridge speaking examiner
-Experience of teaching young learners
- Experience of incorporating soft skills into teaching
-Experience of teaching in an International House or AISLi school
-Experience of working in Italy or other southern European countries
