Details of Position
CII Global seeks Camp Counsellors and Co-ordinator/s that can help us to run our English Immersion Camps in our venue in Mercedes, Province of Buenos Aires, and in other parts of the country. CII Global introduced immersion camps in Argentina in 1988 and has since become a reference for full immersion events in Argentina.
Teaching experience: 3 years for co-ordinators. Some experience is desirable for the counsellors.
Native-level English speaker a must.

Qualifications
Co-ordinators plan and supervise the whole camp and manage the team of native level English-speaking counsellors.
Counsellors contribute in the planning and manage different areas of the camps according to their skills and the needs of the camps.
Requirements:
CO-ORDINATORS: degree in education or in fields somehow related to the spirit of the camp experience, like drama, music, sports, etc.; native level English speakers only; leadership skills; teamwork skills; empathy; lots of energy; imagination and a good sense of humour.
COUNSELLORS: gap year students, year abroad students, performers.

Salary and Benefits
Co-ordinators: ARS 500,000 per month + ARS 50,000 per day of co-ordination, accommodation, full board, transport, possibility to take part in our Teach Argentina programme (homestays with full board, Spanish tuition, work experience at local schools)
Camp Counsellors: AR$ 350,000 per month, accommodation, full board, transport, possibility to take part in our Teach Argentina programme (homestays with full board, Spanish tuition, work experience at local schools).
Staff members in turns can stay at a flat in the City of Buenos Aires.

CII GLobal seeks camp counsellors and co-ordinators to run English immersion camps for students of English across Argentina. 2,500 participants attend our camps every year. We run themed camps introducing various aspects of the culture, history, sports, food, music, crafts and traditions of the English-speaking countries.
Most of hese camps take place at The Borough, in Mercedes, Province of Buenos Aires. We also run some camps in other parts of the country.
