Details of Position
We are seeking an experienced and independent English teacher for a one-week residential camp in France from the 13th to the 19th of July.
There is potential for a follow-up contract in Italy from 31st August to 5th September 2025.
Program Overview:
The curriculum is centered on the theme of "British Culture" and follows an Activity-Based Learning approach. Sessions include sports, arts, and drama.
Job Details:
Location: Residential camp, Le Chesnoy, France
Dates: 13th 19th July 2025
Schedule: 3 hours in the morning + 3 hours in the afternoon (Total: 30 teaching hours)
Levels: One A1/A2 class and one B1 class
Responsibilities:
-Deliver high-quality, engaging, and communicative lessons
-Plan lessons based on our EA curriculum
-Create a fun, immersive learning environment
-Prepare materials and set up activities
-Collaborate with French group leaders
-Communicate effectively with head office
-Write short individual reports for each student
-Be the sole English teacher on site, working independently with support from French staff
Qualifications
-CELTA, TESOL, or PGCE qualified
-1+ years of teaching experience
-Native-level English speaker
-Fun, energetic, and a strong team player
-Excellent communicator and well-organised
-Punctual and professionally presented
-Police background check required
-Must have the right to work in the EU
