We are looking for a Director of Studies to join our team.




The Director of Studies manages the quality of teaching and ensures K+ programmes are delivered to the highest possible standard in line with the KI Languages Teaching Standards. They ensure all students have the best Kaplan Experience through top quality customer service and by making the welfare and safeguarding of students a priority.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a TFL Teacher with management experience, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What youll bring to the role






Qualified EFL examiner status (Cambridge/IELTS)



DELTM or equivalent



Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment)



Experience in dealing with and solving complaints



Experience in developing learner autonomy



Experience in effective student counselling and tutorials



Experience in recruitment



Experience in student assessment



Experience in teacher development and conducting teacher observations



Experience in teaching a variety of levels



Experience in teaching exam preparation and/or business classes



Experience in using IWBs in the classroom



EFL teaching experience
