We are beyond excited to be recruiting for our summer 2023 courses! We consider ourselves very lucky to have kept our core team together and have protected all our knowledge and expertise around organising brilliant courses.

We offer excellent support and training both online and at the centre, a friendly and supportive environment to work in, beautiful locations around the country and great opportunities for development and promotion. All our head office team started working in our centres on temporary positions!

We are now recruiting Centre Managers, Course Directors (DoS) and Excursion and Activity Managers to lead our dynamic teams this summer.

We take the selection of management staff very seriously and 80% return to work with us again the following year. We provide full management training (you must be available to attend this online and in person in June) and excellent support during the courses by way of visits and a 24 hour senior management phone number.

Management staff must have previous experience of summer schools and be highly organised individuals with great people skills.
