English Solutions Vigo is a fast growing English Academy which uses its own methodology and materials. To keep up with the changes in Learning habits, we use a digital learning management system which allows both students and teachers to track the students' progress.
This position to be filled by dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic goal oriented native level english teacher with a proven ability in achieving results and producing their own learning materials in a fast growing english academy in Vigo, Galicia in the north west of Spain. The post requires teaching kids, adults, business english in reduced-sized groups and the supervisation/management of teachers the post will be on a full-time contract basis.

Qualifications

No qualifications are required for this post although previous management/supervisor experience is preferred. We are looking for a person who is an excellent communicator, goal oriented, willing to learn, produce their own teaching material, be able to work under pressure and obtain the best results from their team. The ideal candidate should have their own car/method of transport to be able to teach in companies.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary is paid according to experience and qualifications. We are offering a full time position with a starting salary of 1400 euros. Teachers are provided with a legal contract and general health coverage according to Spanish law

Job Summary

Teaching all-level adults,business english,children and exam preparation classes The training and supervision of teachers ensuring the correct implementation of our unique methodology. The candidate is expected to create materials to help deliver high quality classes maximising the student participation during the class. Most of the classes will be in-house however some will be in-company classes requiring the candidato to have their own method of transport.
