We are looking for three teachers to join our existing team. The job involves both on-site and off-site teaching but with the majority of teaching being on-site in one of our centers. We teach a variety of classes including VYLs, YLs, Teens, Exam Prep classes and adult one to one classes. Almost all of our teachers' timetables are face to face with occasional online classes. The role involves split shifts meaning that teachers should expect some early morning classes and afternoon classes from Mondays through to Thursdays with Fridays involving almost no classes although preparation and training takes place on Friday mornings. We do not teach on Saturdays or Sundays and all holidays are paid. A 24 hour contract pays 1250 EUR (net) however teachers will start with a 20 hour contract in September with an increase in October.

Help can be provided with finding accommodation. We can also help organise all documentation such as NIE, Social Security and similar documentation. This is not a self-employed role and teachers are not allowed to work for other schools while contracted by IH Valladolid.

We do not follow set course books to ensure the teacher is not restricted and students don't get bored. There is a syllabus and a huge range of materials that teachers can personalise and use as they see fit but with support from a DoS, ADoS and senior teacher where needed.

The centres are well equipped with photocopiers, books, IWBs and there is a great deal of support available. We meet most Friday mornings for a training session. We have a rich professional development program and have helped teachers obtain their DELTAs and more commonly funded teachers to achieve a recognised YL certificate. We almost always promote from within and have a very low staff turnover rate.

Paid holiday is over Easter and Christmas. National holidays are also paid days off.
