Job Summary

Working with students between the hours of 17:30 - 21:00, Mon - Fri (GMT +7, +8 during daylight savings).

The students are between the ages of 2.5 years - adult. (Teachers can detail their preferred age group). Although, all teachers will be required to work with different ages groups.

The content is based around vocabulary training, composition work, grammar (speech and writing), and more.

Details of Position

We are a British run, online teaching company, who are looking for native level speakers to engage our students on their English learning journey.

We pride ourselves on working closely with students and teachers a like. Ensuring they feel welcomed, and therefore know that there is always somebody available if they need help.

We want our teachers to develop relationships with their students, therefore classes are set with the same students weekly, which enables the growth of trust and companionship along their journey's path.

We are in the market for native level teachers, who are looking for 5 - 10 hours a week.

A degree and a TEFL certificate

Salary and Benefits

The salary begins between £13-£15 per hour, based upon the teachers trial class (15 minutes required), experience and qualifications. This rate is applicable during the first month's probation (in place to ensure the school is the right fit for the teacher, and vice-versa).

From there the teacher can increase their hourly rate. The rate after the first month's probation is between £13-£17, this is dependant on the teachers hours. (Full disclosure and the bigger picture, will be discussed via the interview).
