Job Summary
Details of Position
The ideal candidate is expected to be able to:
-Monitor the students learning process
-Help in the selection of teaching staff and devise teaching schedule, assigning courses according to the individual experience and abilities
-Coordinate, coach and oversee teachers via observations in class, registers checks, level and staff meetings, workshops and personal coaching, ensuring they fulfil their role, as per British School Group standards and level of service
-Personally teach group courses and individual lessons
-Substitute for teachers who are absent or sick
-Conduct the entry level tests, assisting the secretarial staff in the info-sale-enrolment process in a team interaction, with the aim to form homogenous and commercially viable class groups
-Deal with students and parents requests, addressing any emerging complaints or signs of clients dissatisfaction together with the Dos.
Qualifications
-CELTA or DELTA certificate or equivalent studies
-Teaching experience at all levels and in all age groups
-Familiarity with the Cambridge English exams
-Ease of use of Outlook, Word and Excel
