Job Summary

The principal responsibilities are:

*to coordinate the teaching and assessment of students
* to ensure the smooth running of the academic department of the school in accordance with agreed standards
* to conduct placement testing for new students
* to deal with student enquiries and problems
* to ensure student assessment and tutorials are carried out in accordance with agreed standards
* to teach up to 15 hours per week
*to assist the Executive Director of Studies with any other duties

Details of Position

WE Bridge Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Centre Manager to manage and develop WE Bridge Academy in Cardiff city centre. The position is full-time and permanent, starting in October 2021.


Required: TEFL-I (CELTA/CertTESOL)
Required: First Degree
Desirable: MA/MSc in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
Desirable: Current certification in First Aid, Safeguarding and Health & Safety
