Job Summary

We've got 2 AWESOME positions at camp:
1) English teacher (with native speaker level, certified as ESL teachers) who run 6h of English lessons daily.
2) Camp Counsellor (for fluent English speakers) who take care of kids daily life, run projects, workshops and sports activities on a daily basis.

Details of Position

The dates for summer 2021 are:
Jun 21-26 - Staff Training
June 27-July 9 - Session 1
Jul, 11-23 - Session 2
Jul, 25-Aug, 6 - Session 3
Aug, 8-20 - Session 4
So you may join us for 2 or more weeks :)

1) English teachers get to interact with kids aged 6-17 y.o. in groups based on their ages and English levels. Our lessons tend to include both Academic and practical parts where we get kids involved in debates, some mini-projects like volcano-building, making commercials etc. Learning and having fun!

2) The role of Counselor is an important one, directly concerned with the welfare and enjoyment of camp students. This requires the post-holder to provide direct leadership for a group of 12-20 campers and assist in a full range of activities and excursions both on and off site. The ideal Counselor will be fun, energetic and outgoing but also have a high level of responsibility and authority. We aim for all our Counselors to have as much fun as possible whilst always acting with high regard for the rules and policies of DEC camp and maintaining discipline throughout the course.

Salary and Benefits

1000 USD for 2 camp sessions (1 month in total)
