Job Summary

The role involves planning and delivering a suitable TEFL programme in conjunction with Senior Teachers and the Academic Manager to the students to help them become confident English speakers. The successful candidate will hold a CELTA (or equivalent) qualification and will be required to complete reports on the students and conduct project classes once a week.

Details of Position

We are seeking suitably qualified English Language Teachers to work at our International Summer School in 2020 within our Senior Campus (age 12-17). The summer school runs between 5th July and 16th August 2020 with induction being held from 2nd to 4th July. There is the possibility of 4 (first 4 weeks) or 6 week positions available. The role will require the appointee to be residential for the duration of Summer School (full boarding and meals free of charge), which will involve some boarding duties, as well as involvement in excursions as required.

Qualifications

TEFL Qualification (CELTA preferable)
Experience teaching young learners

Salary and Benefits

£400 per week including free accommodation and meals; £50 per day for induction and £40 for pre-course telephone discussions
