Summer Boarding Courses are looking for administrative and social and welfare managers from July to mid-August 2019.
Spend this summer at colleges within the University of Oxford (Accommodation and meals will be provided).
Salary is from £600* per week & full board and accommodation at the school.

Details of Position
The management positions available at our Oxford College are:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for all the behind the scenes administration necessary for the smooth running of the college. This includes, but it not limited to, all on-site financial record keeping, preparation of cultural and academic excursions, supporting the Head Office with HR administration on-site, overseeing all student arrival and departure administration, monitoring and maintaining office & IT stock and ensuring the office is a vibrant, clean & organised work space throughout the summer. Strong communication, organisational and administration skills are essential, alongside the ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
SOCIAL PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
The College Social Programme is made up of three key areas: morning & afternoon wellbeing activities, evening events & excursions. The Social Programme Coordinator has overall responsibility for two of these areas, the wellbeing programme & evening events. The importance of the Social Programme at a residential summer school cannot be underestimated. A successful Social Programme can help foster a positive atmosphere at the school, which is crucial in helping students form friendships & simply have a great time. The Social Programme Coordinator will manage a team of College Mentors to deliver a vibrant, high-quality and smoothly-run programme of activities and events. A high level of communication, delegation and organisational skills is essential, as is experience working with, and supporting young people.
The Welfare Coordinator will liaise with staff and the Oxford College Principal through daily meetings, communicating with parents over issues of welfare, take a key role at all meal times, and look after all issues of student welfare including offsite medical appointments, and general support in the summer school office.
Applicants with experience of the behind the scenes administration of a residential course will be greatly preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Depending on the school, the contract dates vary from either 1st/2nd July 2019 until 5th/19th August 2019.
Salary is from £600* per week (including holiday allowance at 12.07% of basic pay), plus board and accommodation at the school.
