Job Summary
Details of Position
SPRING: February - April
SUMMER: May - June
FALL: July - September
Basic job details:
*Minimum of 20 teaching hours per week
*Average of 26 teaching hours per week; no maximum hours
*5-6 day working weeks
*Some classes may run on weekday evenings and weekends, and may include split-shifts
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree (in any discipline)
*OR associate degree with a TEFL/TESOL certificate
*Clean criminal record check

*Able to make a one-year commitment

*Committed to your students
*Patient, flexible, enthusiastic, energetic, and personable-the total package!
*Applicants should also have a good sense of humor and genuinely enjoy working with children and youth.
Salary and Benefits
*Student Return-Rate Bonuses
*Contract Completion Bonus (after second contract, NT$15,000 bonus; the third, NT$20,000; and NT$30,000 at the end of each additional contract completed thereafter)
*Mandarin Training
*Sponsored TEFL certificate after one-year of teaching
*Sponsored resident visa and work permit
*National health insurance (appx. NT$300-500/mo)
*Interest free start-up loan NT$30,000 (Take up to six months to pay this back)
*14-days holiday per year
