Details of Position

The Caledonia School of English, one of 12 world-wide University of Cambridge Preparation Centre Awards finalists in 2015 and Premium Cambridge English School, is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. This attractive, modern school on the beautiful Costa de la Luz is considered a centre of academic excellence in its area.
We're looking for talented and committed EFL teachers to complete our professional teaching team for this 2018-19 academic year. All applicants must be university graduates with good TEFL and/or PGCE qualifications and a keen desire to work in a close-knit team. Teachers must be well-appointed.
As an official University of Cambridge Assessment, Preparation and Examination Centre since 1993, we expect teachers to have previous experience preparing official examinations, although on-going support and training is provided and the school supports future professional development. We encourage the sharing of knowledge and experience throughout the teaching process in this friendly, cooperative environment. We prepare all levels from Young Learners to C2 and we hold our YL exams on-site.
We offer a comfortable 24-hour per week teaching timetable for full-time teachers with an early finish on Fridays. These posts will appeal to EFL teachers with previous, good quality TEFL experience looking to establish themselves in Spain (minimum one academic year, but preferably longer-term). However, these positions are not suitable for candidates whose only previous experience has been as Language Assistants.
