Details of Position
Reporting to the Director of Studies, you will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence throughout the school, in order to provide a high level of student satisfaction across all of our English language programmes and working closely with the teaching team.
You will work with the Director of Studies, as well as the office and teaching teams, to promote outstanding learning and teaching in the classroom as well as excellent customer service and efficiency in the office and around the school. You will work in accordance with EF policy, ISI and British Council criteria and within the allocated budget parameters.
We are looking for dynamic and energetic team leaders who will relish the challenge of being involved in EFs ongoing academic developments and enjoy being part of the continual professional development of the teaching team (through training and observation). This position may include teaching hours, cover, when needed.
Our requirements: DELTA qualified or equivalent; undergraduate degree or equivalent; experience in management; ability to effectively lead and motivate; customer service minded with commitment to the highest standards of teaching within our classes; a strategic thinker and planner, able to prioritise multiple tasks; excellent communicator, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people; resourceful; working to deadlines whilst remaining flexible at all times; able to handle difficult situations with ease and remain clam under pressure; attention to detail; commitment to academic success; ability to adapt in a fast paced, exciting work environment; positive attitude; a strong sense of ownership and the drive to succeed.
The positions are based at EF London and available from early May 2018.
