Job Summary

English teachers needed for busy EFL school in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Late February-September 2018. Summer posts also available for June-August 2018. Please note this is a residential post.

Details of Position

At LTC Eastbourne, we are looking for EFL teachers to join us from late February 2018 until September 2018; Summer teaching posts also available for June-August 2018.
You will be teaching English language classes to a range of young learner nationalities. In addition to teaching English as a foreign language, you will also assist with social activities, and will carry out pastoral duties for our students. Classes from Monday-Friday plus social activity and pastoral care duties. One weekend day working and one day working. Please note, this is a residential position, so you will be expected to live on site.
This role is perfect for developing your skills as a teacher of English, and is an excellent way to work within a multinational teaching team offering opportunities to live within a beautiful historic mansion that was once fit for a king.
Who we are looking for?
English teachers with a first degree plus CELTA/Trinity TESOL Certificate or equivalent as recognised by the British Council who relish the opportunity of working and living in a busy, multinational environment. We are happy to accept applications from newly or recently qualified English teachers, as training support will be given, or those with more classroom experience. Candidates must be UK or EU passport holders or have the right to work in the UK. This position would suit someone who is community minded and enjoys socialising.

Job Specification Requirements: Residential Teacher LTC Eastbourne
A minimum of a first degree plus CELTA/Trinity TESOL Certificate or equivalent as recognised by the British Council
A good level of written English

Salary and Benefits

£345 a week with full board and lodge included, sharing a twin bedroom with another member of staff.
