Recruitment and management of Speaking class volunteers, and supporting the DoS with recruitment and management of teaching staff.
Academic - teacher support, including CPD and checking associated academic admin.
Student Welfare and Academic Support including Safeguarding.
Teaching as agreed with the Director of Studies - approx 15 hours a week depending on the season, and includes teaching cover classes as needed.

Ability to work to own initiative and under pressure.
RSA CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or equivalent.
RSA DELTA/Trinity Dip TESOL.
A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
A degree (Level 6).
Native or near native competency in English (CEFR C1 or C2).
Must undergo DBS check (formally CRB) and comply with Safeguarding and Prevent Policies
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
A Masters degree (Level 7) / DELTM (working towards or intention to undertake)
Minimum two years management experience.
Familiar with Accreditation UK, ISI and UKVI policies and guidelines.
Experience teaching younger learners.
Experience teaching examination preparation classes, 1:1 classes, Professional English (English for Work) and English for Specific Purposes.
