Job Summary

Academic support in Ireland required for seasonal young learner course provider. Centres based across the UK and Ireland- Worcester, York, London (Roehampton & Uxbridge), Edinburgh, Leeds, Reading, Limerick, Carmarthen and Dover. Part-time role commencing in February 2018 which will become a fulltime role in May 2018 till the end of summer.

Details of Position

Working remotely, you must be a self-motivated individual who works well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines. You will receive training from the UK Academic Management team and will be required to support them in the upcoming months prior to summer in recruitment and various other academic responsibilities. You will also report to the UK Company Director and may be required to take on operational duties.

Degree, higher qualification or equivalent (any discipline)
Flexibility & a positive can do attitude
Minimum 2 years' EFL teaching experience ideally with international young learners/teens
Excellent administrative, IT, organisational and record keeping skills
Proven team leadership abilities and a genuine interest in leading, motivating and managing a diverse team of teachers to deliver a challenging, stimulating and varied academic programme
Proven inter-personal and customer care skills
You must be based in Ireland and able to work remotely from home.
Able to travel extensively during the summer months
Experience of Project Based/Task Based learning
Cambridge DELTA, MA in Linguistics/TESOL (incl. 5 hours supervised teaching practice)
Proven inter-personal and customer care skills
First Aid Qualification
