Job Summary

We are looking for suitably-qualified, talented teachers who have not only a passion for teaching, but also the ability to adapt to all the different aspects of the role, and for those who are willing to carry out non-academic duties such as supervision duties and airport transfers, with professionalism and flexibility.
Pay from £480 up to £500 per week (6 day option) + statutory holiday pay.

Candidate Profile
Our teachers are hard-working, reliable, professional at all times, safety-conscious, approachable, pleasant and friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our students and, ultimately, the success of the programme.
We aim to give students an educational, culturally enriching and memorable summer experience in a safe and supervised setting and we are looking to employ professional staff who will accept this responsibility, and have the necessary wide-ranging skills, experience and commitment to help us achieve this goal.
Working Hours
A typical working day is from 8.30am to 6pm, with up to 25 contact hours per week, depending on the course and centre. The working day includes up to 3 hours of preparation and admin time.
On Fridays, EFL Teachers work until 8pm so that they can attend the students' official Leavers' Ceremony.
Teachers are required to attend 1 x 30-minute input session per week.
Teachers are entitled to 1 or 2 full days off per week (Depending on role), Usually a Saturday and / or Sunday


University Degree in any discipline
CELTA or Trinity College TESOL (or Accreditation-UK recognised equivalent) or PGCE (in English or MFL)
Applicants with the DELTA, QTS (Primary or Secondary) or CELTYL, are particularly welcomed.
Native/near-native competence in English (written and spoken).
Previous residential Summer School experience is preferred.
Experience of teaching mixed nationality groups is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, highly changeable, highly
pressured and often challenging environment is essential.
Strong and demonstrable organisational skills.
Ability and disposition to solve minor issues and problems with/between students is required.

Salary and Benefits

From £480 per week (6 Day Option), Equivalent to annual Salary of £27,972.67
