The post holder should be qualified with either a Cambridge DELTA/Trinity DipTESOL and have at least 5 years post-qualification teaching experience. Experience in teaching primary and secondary learners and line management experience is essential. Those with the YL Extension to the CELTA/BCTYLEC certificate holders are preferred. Are flexible and quick to adapt Western best practice to a different cultural context.
Thrive on challenge and are unphased by the need to overcome institutional and logistical obstacles in a different institutional context.
Can lead, motivate and line manage a team of lead trainers as part of a dispersed team.

They will work with Lead Trainers and Mentors to deliver training to participants. When Lead Trainers are not delivering training input, they will be mentoring, coaching or observing Thai Master Trainers and helping them in their new role.
