ACE operates on four campuses, three in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap. The ACE Siem Reap campus was established in 1996 and currently teaches 3,000 students each academic term.

ACE is seeking suitably qualified applicants for the position of Campus Manager based at ACE Siem Reap, who:
• Teaches a maximum load of 9 hours per week
• Ensure smooth running of the campus
• Maintain and enhance all academic aspects of programs attended at the campus
• Support and implement professional development programs for teachers and participate in curriculum reviews
• Assist with teacher recruitment and performance evaluations
• Develop, support and implement growth strategies of ACE
• Lead and manage effectively in a cross-cultural environment


Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree and ELT related qualifications (A Master’s Degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics is preferred)
• 5 years ELT work experience
• Sound working knowledge of resource allocation, HR processes and office administration
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, dynamic and culturally diverse environment
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development
• Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct

Salary and Benefits

The initial appointment will be for 24 months with a probationary period of six months but this is intended as an ongoing position for the right person.
