Details of Position
METEN ENGLISH currently has a headcount of 3000 staff, which also include 200 foreign teachers and 300 local teachers. Due to our company expansion, we are constantly looking for teachers.
The courses offered at METEN ENGLISH cover general English for teenagers and young adults as well as business English for working professionals.
METEN ENGLISH has a class size of no more than 4 for our private courses, and no more than 10 for our activity classes.
Our working hours are 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. Among the 35 hours per week, teachers are expected to teach no more than 25 hours.
Our teachers will have more in depth knowledge of the Chinese ESL industry and the needs of the Chinese students while developing their ESL Career!
QualificationsYou don't have to speak any Chinese or have previous teaching experience. But if you do , that will be a plus.
As long as you hold a Bachelor Degree or are going to obtain your Bachelor Degree in this year, that will be OK for us.
Also we hope you are motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.

For newly graduates:
We will sponsor TEFL in China Training with certificate ,and during the intensive offline training period ,the accommodation and daily allowance are provided. After the training the teacher will be placed in an ESL position at one of our centers.
