Details of Position

Short-term summer contract (from 2 weeks up to 9 weeks)
Possibility of immediate start

We are recruiting a number of English Language Teachers to join our team in Oxford. You will be responsible for 15-21 hours of teaching per week, delivering KIC programmes to the highest standard possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:
-planning lessons in accordance with the standards outlined in the KIC Teaching Standards
-preparing thorough lesson plans for in-house observations and external observations where necessary
-assigning homework and to marking assignments
-assisting in the testing and placement (as needed) of new and existing students ensuring all students are assessed as accurately as possible
-conducting regular tutorials in accordance with the KIC Tutorial policy
-promoting independent learning via needs analysis, tutorials, support and reports
-being proactive about your personal development; attending all compulsory training sessions and -actively participating in any training offered
-contributing to the development of KIC materials though trialing and feedback

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £16.34-£18.61 per hour
