Details of Position

Do you love TEFL teaching but feel that you're just teaching and not learning or developing your career? Do you yearn for a staff room packed with all the latest resources to help you put new ideas into action? Are you looking to join a very friendly, welcoming team who love teaching as much as you? Would you also welcome receiving year-round training and guidance? If so, you might be interested in the position we need to fill for the next academic year 2017-2018.
We are looking for one new team member who will fit in well with our current team and help us to ensure we continue building our very successful school. Over 90% of our kids come back each year as they love the atmosphere, lessons and activities and their parents appreciate the results! Having said this, we recognize that we always need to continue learning and experimenting and we are very excited about the prospect of welcoming a new teacher who can help us implement new ideas into this formula. The success of the school means that teaching would involve working with young learner classes as well as having the scope to develop across our general english sector.
We run two busy language schools with a dedicated team of teachers who genuinely love teaching and interacting with the wide range of students who come from many different towns near our centres. The school's aim is to develop our teachers' skills and knowledge in this exciting field and allow them to make tefl teaching a career not just a short term option. Together, myself Emma (DOS) and our Assistant DOS Olivia support the team ethos of learning and improving by organizing weekly CPD sessions on all aspects of methodology and language, as well as being on hand every morning for help with lesson planning and trouble shooting. Most of our teachers stay for more than their first year due to the support and atmosphere of the school.
I would love to hear from you if you are keen to develop your teaching skills in all areas and particularly feel your strengths and enthusiasm lie in the Young Learners field. If you can imagine yourself actively contributing to a school which recognizes initiative, hard work and loyalty, please apply.
