Details of Position

Experienced administrator/ customer service advisor required to start as soon as possible for Dublin 2 based International company.
Interviews to take place 17th-19th May
Duties include:
Dealing with the needs of customers in an efficient manner, providing a high quality service.
Answering and responding to all incoming telephone calls, emails and live chats.
Confident and professional telephone manner is essential.
Booking new and existing students onto courses.
Liaising with tutors and communicating with the UK office on a daily basis.
General office administration.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
A confident and positive outgoing attitude and passion for customer service.
Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The ability to be a team player but can also work under own initiative and make decisions quickly and effectively
Experience or knowledge of Teaching English as a Foreign Language or travelling would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

Hours:
39 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Salary:
circa: €25k per annum
