QUALIFIED WITH NATIVE-SPEAKER COMPETENCE
"I am a Bulgarian presently working and living in the UK with my English husband. My English is at a level of a native speaker, I have a BA degree from an American University. I have a City&Guilds Initial Certificate in ESOL and I have been teaching ESOL to adults two hours a week for 10 months now. I really want to get into teaching ESOL full time(either in Britain or abroad), but it seems the fact that I am foreign outweighs the fact that my English is good enough to teach it
What do you think is the best way to make foreign ESOL teacher's skills more 'marketable'?
