I have a post-graduate certificate in Teaching English and post-graduate diploma in teaching English as well as a Ph.D from a college in India. I also have 16 years teaching experience. I want to acquire an internationally recognisable teaching diploma, but do not wish to start at the certificate level. I am non-native speaker but have native-speaker competence. - Dr. A.S. , India A. From what you have said, you seem to be eminently qualified to enter a diploma programme, most of which are open to non-native speakers who possess native-speaker competence.
