Summer job applications
| Q. I would like some advice on the best way to apply for tefl jobs. I have been travelling for the last 6 monyh=ths and for the last two months I have been teaching English as a volunteer in Honduras. I have completed a total of 80hours tefl training but I do not have a degree. I am returning to the UK in June and am looking for jobs. I have seen that there are many summer schools I am interested in applying for. What is the best way to go about this?
A. There are certainly already plenty of summer school teaching posts currently advertised in tefl.com. Therefore, I would suggest that you register with the tefl.com site, whereby you can send your resume to the summer schools of your choice at the click of a button. Clearly you should emphasise your previous training and teaching experience along with any other attributes that would fulfil the posted job description.
